MAN 32/44CR
The MAN Diesel&Turbo 32/44CR engine was introduced into the market back in 2007 as main propulsion engine for smaller ships and as generator engine for large two stroke driven vessels.
Nowadays these engines are used in a wide range from powerplant applications, on several luxury cruise liners, industrial marine applications and up to the largest vessel of the world the “Pioneering Spirit”.
We offer to upgrade your engine to the latest and most reliable design during our service, to reduce your maintenance costs and to gain a remarkable reliability.
MAN STX 32/40CD CR License build engines
The MAN STX 32/40CR engines are converted conventional MAN STX 32/40CD engines. First field tests started back in 2002 on the ‘Cornelia Maersk’. The engine was afterwards available on the market from 2005.
Since spare part supply as well as the service for this engines is very difficult, we decided to keep a certain emergency stock for our customers and offer fast on site repair with custom-made tools to keep the engines reliable and in service.
MAN 35/44DF
Three fuel systems for one engine. The 35/44DF hosts two Common Rail as well as a Gas System. To stay on top of the technology we assist during shop-test, train your crew how to operate the system and offer a remarkable service from the very first running hour.
MAN 45/60CR
The 2018 introduced new medium speed 4-Stroke engine from MAN was designed to fulfill latest emission standarts and can optional be upgrated with an catalyst. The variable and electronic controled common rail system assists to operate the catalyst with optimal operation temperatures, cleaning cycles etc.
If you are interested to equip your vessel/plant with MAN 45/60CR engines, we assist in claim management and training for reliable operation.
MAN 48/60CR
The workhorse of MAN Augsburg, the 48/60 (48/60A), was introduced in the nineties. A further development stage, the 48/60B, increased the reliability and reduced the complexity of maintenance. Finally the 48/60CR was tested and introduced on NCLs ‘Norwegian Jewel’.
The CR versions have an increased power output of 1200kw but are also more sensitive in terms of fuel handling, fuel balancing and fuel system maintenance.
Our service for your 48/60CR engines includes fuel balancing, electronic check up, regular or condition based maintenance as well as performance records for highest fuel reliability and reduced risk of secondary damages.
MAN 51/60 DF
Based on MAN Diesel&Turbo Augsburgs 48/60B engine, the 51/60DF engine covers the demand for alternative fuel operations. The 48/60B was equipped with an increased bore, reduced compression ratio and an additional Gas system. The combustion process is started in gas operation via Common Rail pilot injection.
Compared to the 35/44DF, the 51/60DF is using conventional fuel injection when running on MGO or HFO.
We offer on board service as well as trainings on demand.
MAN 51/60G
This engine type is a pure gas engine and also based on the MAN 48/60 family. Its purpose is at the moment focused on powerplant applications.
For marine use pure gas engines are undergoing classification tests at the moment.
Once shore site gas supply and classification approval are assured, these engines are the logical next step into cleaner emissions due to better consumption, emission and performance compared to DF engines.
